How do I export a PINfluence report?

Users with role of Writer or Manager may run PINfluence exports for their newsrooms.  The export is a CSV file that will be emailed to you.

How to run the export?

1. Select the dropdown by your user name in the header and click on "PINfluence Export."

2. Complete the Export PINfluence report form and click "Generate"

  • Verify Password: Enter your AIR password
  • Optional Filters: Select your newsroom from the Organization list.   Select additional filters to reduce the number of PINFluence entries returned.
  • Select if you want one row per PINfluence entry or one row per source cited in your PINfluence entries.

What details are included in the default version? (one row per PINfluence entry)

Here is the list of headers in the report when you select "one row per PINfluence entry."  There will be one line per PINfluence filed in AIR.
